Well, downloaded and ran a Microsoft Program and Service Pack. Crashed the computer and I lost most everything. Perfect Joy. But it is the last time I get anything from Microsoft; period. We learn the meaning of what is necessary, and if it can be put on a computer, it is not necessary.
